Managing A Group Of People Is Really Not Easy At First
You Are In-Charge Of All 150 Cadet, Their Welfare
Plan For The Schedule, Order Them To Get Thing Done
And Of Course A Lot Behind The Scene Job, Scolding, Lesson Has Being Learn
Plus Your Own Personal Problem
It's Really Another Level Of Stress And Experience For Me
At Least I've Made It Thru!! (:

Saying about it now, I need to seriously plan it through now

Money

I always wanted to save money
But saying and thinking is always easy than doing it
So first thing is to set aside my monthly pay for saving
Starting with my first regular pay

Time

Weekend is all I got for now
Thus I need to plan where I want to go beforehand

Family

As far as I could, support them with the pay that I've got for now
Spend time with them, eat with them

Relationship

I will tend to put relationship to my priority
Whenever I have time I would like to spend it with her
She's my main motivation, my source of energy and reason to move on and do my best

Friends

Friends is important too, but as for now, unless special occasion then can try to make it

Job

Is what I need to focus on, learn as much as I could and make it thru
